Who We Are

Mixbound is a trading name of Sarius, an Israeli sole proprietorship.

Information We Collect

When you contact us through our website, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, company name, and message content. The form passes through our server, which checks it with Cloudflare Turnstile to filter automated submissions, and is then stored on Mixbound’s own server, sent to our team by email through Google Workspace, and recorded in Mixbound’s own CRM, which runs on the same server.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and to send you communications about Mixbound. You can ask us to stop those communications at any time. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data From Our Services

When a client connects a HubSpot* portal to the Audit, Audit+ or the Digest, Mixbound reads CRM data to calculate findings and measures and keeps those outputs. The service runs in Ashburn, Virginia, United States. Where Mixbound runs, what it keeps and which providers process data for it are set out on the Security & Data page. A data processing agreement can be offered on request.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information we collect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics 4 to see which pages work. It runs with Google Consent Mode: in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off until you click Accept in the cookie banner. Elsewhere analytics is on by default. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

While analytics is off, Google Analytics still receives basic visit signals without cookies or a client ID; Google calls these cookieless pings. When analytics is on, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_Z2Y8MKMTBT, which by default last up to two years. If analytics is on when you send the contact form, we also record your Google Analytics client ID with your message, to see which pages led to it.

When analytics is on, our own first-party cookie _v (13 months) also keeps a random visitor ID, under which we record the pages you open on mixbound.com, when, and the page that sent you; no form content and no IP address. Those visits are linked to you only after you send the contact form or open a link in an email from us. Declining in “Cookie settings” deletes the cookie and, unless you had contacted us, the visits recorded under it. Global Privacy Control counts as declining, unless you click Accept in the banner. We keep page views for 13 months, and the visit history of people who contacted us for up to 25 months.

Your choice in the banner is saved in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies.
