Data Enrichment

Fill the gaps your GTM stack leaves behind.

A new contact reaches your CRM without an email address. A company record is missing information your team needs. A prospecting tool creates the record, but doesn’t provide everything required downstream.

Mixbound detects what’s missing and uses connected data providers to enrich the record where appropriate.

Make incomplete records useful.

Your GTM stack doesn’t always deliver complete data.

Mixbound can work with specialist enrichment sources such as TheirStack and Wiza to retrieve missing information and put it where your revenue processes need it.

The workflow is explicit: a record arrives, required data is missing, Mixbound requests the missing information, the CRM record is enriched.

No manual lookup. No copy and paste. No need to replace the tool that created the record.

Use the right source for the right data.

Different providers are good at different things.

Mixbound provides the operational layer between your CRM and specialist enrichment services, allowing enrichment to become part of a defined RevOps process rather than another standalone tool someone has to remember to use.

Depending on the configured service, enrichment can include:

  • Contact information
  • Business email addresses
  • Company information
  • Technology and infrastructure signals
  • Firmographic data
  • Other provider-supplied attributes

Enrichment where it is needed.

Mixbound doesn’t need to replace the systems already in your GTM stack.

If another tool creates a useful record but leaves something important missing, Mixbound can complete the data downstream.

Keep the tools that work. Fill the gaps they leave behind. A gap is filled; an existing value is not replaced.

Pragmatic automation.

Enrichment is a bounded operation: you define what information is required, when enrichment should run and which provider should supply it.

Mixbound handles the process consistently. Enrichment is the one operation that runs to a schedule: a daily sweep for each configured provider, working from a list you control.

Every run reports what it wrote. A sweep finishes and produces a run report: how many records were enriched, how many came back with nothing, how many were skipped because they already had a value, what failed, and how much provider credit remains. A failed run reports as a failure rather than as a quiet zero. Those reports go to Mixbound, and what they contain reaches your team in the weekly digest, so the count in your CRM is always accounted for somewhere you can read.

The counterpart operation works on data you already have: see Data Enhancement.

Nothing here is self-serve. An engagement starts with a conversation: we agree which gaps matter, which provider fills them and which list the sweep works from.
