USA, U.S., United States, United States of America and US mean the same thing to a person. They don’t necessarily mean the same thing to a workflow, report or territory rule.
Mixbound standardises to the vocabulary your operation uses, agreed before the pass runs. A value the mapping does not cover is reported, not guessed at.
The pass is idempotent: running it twice over the same records changes nothing the second time.
Sometimes the value RevOps needs isn’t stored anywhere directly. ACV is the standing example: the contract exists across line items, billing periods, dates and terms, while the business needs one consistent figure.
Mixbound recomputes it from the line items actually attached to the deal, handles the calendar-versus-fiscal boundary explicitly rather than assuming they coincide, and corrects the deal where the stored figure has drifted.

Once you have defined how ACV is calculated, nothing should reinterpret it.
